I read the total book but was not that total impressed, but access to the very good download guides changed my mind. They were very helpful. It also verified to me that the plan I approached was on target. If pandemic had not been occurred, I would have been on my way to reaching my goal. I have been thinking about trying Airbnb as a host for a while. This book answered all of the questions I had and then some. If you are thinking about becoming an Airbnb host, this is a great tool. I only wish that they had a kindle version that worked on my actual kindle. Reading the tiny PDF pages on my phone was kind of a pain. Hence the loss of one star.

I thought I knew quite a bit about running an AirBnB until I read this book. Practical and great advice. I wish I had known some of these things before e.g things like the Marketminder web app. I also didn’t know that there are mortgage companies that specialize in Airbnb properties.
I would definitely recommend this book to people who are into Airbnb as a business. Lots of useful information that can help you be more competitive. I also liked the suggestions on improving the SEO and google adwords and how to find property management companies. The book is structured well and easy to read.
